Hutchinson & Co Trust Company Limited (“Hutchinson”) and Citadel Trustees Limited (“Citadel Trustees”) are pleased to announce that Lauren Wagner, who joined the Group as In-House Counsel in the Spring of 2011, has been appointed to the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Lauren studied at the College of Law in London and qualified as a UK Solicitor in 2007. Lauren has worked both in private practice and in-house, specialising in property, corporate and commercial law and immediately prior to joining the Group, she was working in-house for an American listed company which operates renewable energy projects around the world. Lauren is responsible for providing day-to-day advice to the Group on corporate, shared leisure, investment and financial services matters and ensures that compliance procedures are implemented across the Group. Peter Hutchinson, Chairman, said “Lauren’s addition to the Board will strengthen the Group’s continued professionalism and she will have a key role to play in its future development. This is of particular relevance since the Group has been diversifying its portfolio of services, leading to a greater emphasis on financial products, including Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes, which Citadel Trustees is authorised to set-up and operate by the UK Financial Services Authority.”
