Timeshare legislation across Europe

By September 1999 all EU Member States had implemented into their national legislation the conditions of the EU Directive issued in October 1994.

The schedule below provides a summary of the conditions implemented by each EU Member State plus those of some of the other countries that have taken the step of introducing legislation in respect of the development and sale of Holiday Ownership/Timeshare products.
